Introduction

This system allows Team Managers to provide feedback on opposition Coaches, Parents/Spectators, Officials/Volunteers and Players.
The feedback will be used by Club and District officials to identify and work with teams that have areas to improved on, or are doing a fantasic job of playing and managing Football.
Feedback should be based on the behaviors defined in:

• By Law 1 Spirit of the Game
• Codes of Conduct for Coaches, Parents/Spectators, Officials/Volunteers and Players

• 4 Good: Raises the bar, sets a good example for a junior football environment
• 3 Complies: Does exactly what the By Laws and Codes of Conduct specify
• 2 Need Improvement: One or more areas that did not meet expectations
• 1 Very Poor: Significant environment issues, immediate action required
